TUNDRA

Looking back at our experience working with different robots for the past few years, we have collected foto and video materials and would love to share it with comments on how we clash and re-use different technologies for art purposes using touchdesigner as control center.

A row is a basic way to structure data, from mathematics to twelve notes of the chromatic scale in music. The rows of data floating in the air every second being converted into messages and voices. Bits of information become symbols that can be combined in words, words add up to sentences and sentences translate our ideas and thoughts. It's about the perception of information, language, and dialogue.

Celebrating the 60th anniversary of Yuri Gagarin's first human spaceflight with a special documentation of ROW audiovisual installation shot-in-one take using industrial robot, moved in sync with realtime generative content emphasising parallax effect of five individually controlled spinning led fans.

Through ROW: Signals for Space we interpret and shift the perception of dialog between signals source and its recipient and our ability to translate and interpret these signals.
